Remember November | Book Review


A few posts ago, I had written about a challenge that I am doing and I wanted to update you on the Challenge | Remember November

But first,

As a refresher, the two books that I have read were, Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard and listening on audible Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Narrated by Rosamund Pike.

For Pride and Prejudice,

I have been listening to this in while driving in my car; to and from work. I have seen this movie, maybe twice or three times and I like it. I like how elegant the women were back then and the simple times. But at the same time, I don’t think I would like to live back then. Mostly, because, I would not like layers that they wore and how women couldn’t work.

For Red Queen,

The Red Queen is about two different worlds; which where commoners and elites. The commons were known as the reds, and a silver elite ruled them. The story was about a girl who was a commoner. She ends up working in the palace where she was around everyone that she hated. she ends up finding something about herself that maybe a dangerous… Lastly, I couldn’t put down this book. I am looking forward to reading the next book, Glass Sword.
